There’s definitely an elephant in the room when beloved children’s book Babar the Elephant comes to life on the Meyerhoff stage. As the BSO performs Francis Poulenc’s lively and light-hearted music, listen to the instruments of the orchestra reveal the many characters from the book. Award-winning cartoonist Angie Jordan will illustrate the story live onstage, whisking your family away to Babar’s elephant kingdom.
