Purchasing Tickets In Person*

The ticket office is open 60 minutes prior to each performance and through intermission.

Daily hours of operation are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

*Ticket Office parking: Daily until 5 p.m. there are designated 15-minute parking spots for ticket purchasers in the Mansion at Strathmore lot (entry off of 10701 Rockville Pike) and at short-term meters along Tuckerman Lane.

Please include your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, the performance date and time, the number of tickets and ticket prices. The BSO at Strathmore  does not charge any fees above the advertised cost of the ticket for performances in the Music Center at Strathmore when you purchase your ticket from the Strathmore Ticket Office or online at BSOmusic.org.


MISPLACED TICKETS

Should you misplace your tickets or forget to bring them to the performance, please go to the Ticket Office for replacement tickets.


TICKET DONATIONS

Don't let your tickets go to waste! Please consider returning your unused ticket to the BSO at Strathmore for a tax-deductible donation. If you are unable to use your tickets, they can be returned by mail, fax, in person, or by calling the BSO Ticket Office before 5pm the day of the performance.

TICKET EXCHANGE
For subscribers only!


Tickets must be exchanged by 5 pm on concert nights or 5 pm the evening prior for matinee performances.  If you exchange for a more expensive concert or seat location, we do ask that you pay the difference. No refunds are given if you exchange to a lower-priced concert or seat.  There is no fee to exchange tickets by mail, fax or in person. Tickets exchanged by phone incur a $3 per ticket fee, payable at the time of the exchange.

Tickets may only be exchanged for events taking place in the same season. There may be concerts with restrictions on exchanges.

Exchanging in person:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10 am - 5 pm

Exchanging by Mail:
There is no fee for exchanging your tickets by mail.  Please send your tickets to the address below and include your name, daytime phone number, three alternate dates for a performance and payment by check.
