In this program of Russian masters, 23-year old Taiwanese dynamo Ray Chen tackles Tchaikovsky’s blazing Violin Concerto. “Ray Chen can do pretty much anything he wants on the violin,” raves The Washington Post. Then, Hans Graf leads Rachmaninoff’s rapturous Second Symphony.
