PURCHASING INSTRUCTIONS

Want to purchase tickets online to the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra or other events at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall but don't know how?  No worries. 

To make your purchase experience quick and easy, we've provided simple instructions to navigate you through the purchase process.  Also we want to assure you that your information is protected on our secure server.

The process takes just a few moments.  Thank you for your patronage, and we look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming concerts.

1. Go to BSOmusic.org


2. Near the top of the site, there is a dark orange bar with different options. Place your mouse over TICKETS and a drop-down menu will appear, choose CONCERT CALENDAR.  The CONCERT CALENDAR allows you to navigate through the upcoming months and pick which concert you would like to attend.  You may also want to choose SEASON AT A GLANCE from the TICKETS drop-down menu, which allows you to scan the entire season on one page.

3. Once you choose your concert, there are two options. You an either SELECT YOUR OWN SEAT or BEST AVAILABLE (see separate steps below).

•  If your choice is BEST AVAILABLE, select from the drop-down menu the section in which you would like to be seated. Once you have chosen your section, go to step 4 and follow the instructions.

•  If your choice is SELECT YOUR OWN SEAT, the next page will take you to the layout of the music hall. The next step is to choose a floor.

— Once you have chosen a floor, choose a section and click on your desired seats.  (light gray means unavailable).

— Once your seats have been chosen, a red bar will appear that says ADD TO CART. If you are sure about your seating choice, click on ADD TO CART.

4. You will then be taken to a REVIEW YOUR ORDER  page.  Here you can check your order and make changes if necessary.  The last box on the bottom-right of the page shows the order total.


5. Once you are ready, click on the red box that says START CHECKOUT.


6. Log into your BSOmusic.org account. Forgot your password?  Click on the request your password link.  If you do not have an account already, click on the orange text CREATE ONE NOW.   You must have an account to purchase tickets online.


7. Once you have logged in, choose a payment method and enter your account number, name on the card and expiration date.


8. Scroll down to review your order again. If you are ready to purchase, click the red box that says SUBMIT PAYMENT INFO.


9. Here you get one more chance to review your order and credit card information. Once finished, click CONFIRM MY ORDER.

10.  If your order was placed successfully, you should recieve a THANK YOU message.
