Forte Patron ($250)
Donate and receive all of the above, plus:
- 4 Forte concert tickets (1 ticket for each concert, 2 pairs for 2 concerts, 4 tickets for 1

Science and sound collide when famed
physicist and author of The Elegant
Universe, Brian Greene, teams up with
composer and Baltimore native Philip
Glass in this multi-media recreation of
Greene’s board book for children, Icarus
at the Edge of Time, about a young boy’s
accidental adventure to a black hole.

Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto

Yuja Wang, piano
Piano phenom Yuja Wang returns to the
BSO to conquer the work that cemented
Rachmaninoff’s fame as both a composer and
a pianist. Incisive Spanish conductor Juanjo
Mena leads the BSO’s first performance since
1988 of Bruckner’s Sixth Symphony, a work of
tender, memorable themes building up to an
exultant climax.

Charlie Chaplin's The Gold Rush

The Little Tramp seeks his fortune during the
Klondike Gold Rush in Charlie Chaplin’s 1925
masterpiece featuring the immortal “dance
of the dinner rolls.” Chaplin’s favorite film
will be shown in its entirety with his original
musical score performed by the BSO.

This season Forte has partnered with the Maryland Wineries Association,
a non-profit trade organization representing Maryland’s commercial wineries.
Each after-party will feature one of MWA’s wineries with free samples and wine
available for purchase by the glass. Gift baskets filled with bottles of wine,
event tickets and/or winery gift certificates will be featured as door prizes
each evening.
