As the presenter of the concert, the BSO must be indicated as such on all advertising and printed materials. All promotional materials should advertise that proceeds go to your charitable organization. You may also purchase parking vouchers as part of your ticket order. Make an event of it! The Meyerhoff has unique event spaces perfect for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dessert or silent auction. We can also arrange for BSO musicians to mingle with your members during the reception.
