Traversing the Andes and wandering through Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail is among the oldest and most extensive roads in South America. Led by conductor Miguel Harth-Bedoya, this performance travels that ancient highway across the continent, starting with the musical traditions of Peru. Showcasing a Peruvian-style flutist and a multimedia display of South American sights, the music leads the audience through Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and Colombia, Music by Ginastera, Golijov and Gabriela Lena Frank accents the native dance of each region. Also featured on the program is the World Premiere of Jimmy Lopez's Fiesta!

The concert will end at approximately 10:00 pm.
