Beethoven and Mahler are both famously placed on the list of composers who did not live to complete their tenth symphony, suggesting there was indeed a “curse of the Ninth Symphony.” This unique program embraces the unfinished works by each.

Want an autographed copy of a BSO recording? Maestra Alsop will be signing CD's after the performance and CD’s will be available for purchase. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity.
