Private Lessons: BSO Academy

Designed for adult amateur musicians, the BSO Academy is an immersive week of playing and learning side-by-side with the members of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Marin Alsop.

Private Lessons

Many participants choose to further enhance their Academy experience by taking private lessons with the BSO musicians. Roughly one hour long, lessons occur during free-time, meal breaks and before or after regularly scheduled activities. Many participants choose to work on the Academy repertoire in their sessions, but some bring other pieces too!
