Christian Colberg is known for his instrumental prowess and for his musical versatility. He is a violinist, violist, composer and conductor. A graduate of the Peabody Conservatory, Puetro Rico applauds his supreme musicianship and has bestowed honors upon him from its Senate and Congress for his musical accomplishments. He has traveled widely, giving performances and master classes throughout Canada, the United States, Central America and Europe.

Mr. Colberg has drawn rave reviews for his dynamism and virtuoso playing. After his New York debut, sponsored by Musica de Camara, Inc., String Magazine referred to him as having "real romantic ardor, charm and a good deal of brilliance with genuine virtuosity and involvement." A critic from Orpheus Magazine in Berlin exclaimed that "Christian Colberg exhibited a dynamic temperamental flair, and sparks from his fiery playing, agitated the atmosphere and audience response".
