SYMPHONY STORE HISTORY

The Baltimore Symphony Store was created in 1987 as a volunteer project of the Baltimore Symphony Associates. Each purchase helps support Baltimore Symphony Music Education initiatives, which benefit students throughout the state of Maryland.

ORDERING ONLINE

Every online order on the BSO Website is fully encrypted using the most optimum security software available.

If you have questions about BSO merchandise or ordering merchandise online, please call us at 410.783.8160, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or email the Symphony Store Manager.

Please note that the Symphony Store shopping cart is separate from the season ticket shopping cart. Ticket purchases will be handled in a separate transaction. If you have any questions concerning your Symphony Store order, please call 410.783.8160, not the BSO Ticket Office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to accept international orders. To place an order for delivery outside the United States, please call 410.783.8160. Online ordering is not available.

SALES TAX

There is Maryland sales tax (6%) on all taxable items shipped to addresses inside Maryland. There is no tax on any items shipped to addresses outside of Maryland, including international orders.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

You should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days and all items will be shipped USPS.

Standard Shipping Rates (except Alaska and Hawaii)
First item is $5.00 and each additional item $2.00, with a maximum of $15.00 total shipping cost.

Special Shipping Rates
Some items are especially heavy or difficult to ship, and these items will be subject to a flat $10.00 per item shipping charge where noted.

Internationational Shipping Rates
Additional shipping fees apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign addresses. Please call for rates.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchases from the Symphony Store. Returns or exchanges of unused merchandise may be made with a receipt up to 30 days from the initial purchase date. For proper credit or exchange, please include a copy of your sales receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
