This BSO Family concert celebrates youth in music with a concert all about young performers, composers and young audiences.  With selections from Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro, Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnol performed by fifth grader Brandon Du, Rossini’s William Tell Overture, Rimsky-Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumble Bee and more, the audience will dazzle in the delights of youth at its best and learn about the instrument families along the way.  Then, experience the orchestral adaptation of actor John Lithgow’s mesmerizing children’s book where the fickle, yet lovable Remarkable Farkle McBride brings the sounds and rhythms of the orchestra to life, dramatized by actors from the Baltimore School for the Arts.

For children 4 and up and their families! Attendees of all ages are required to have a ticket.
