Take a musical journey around the orchestra and learn about the different instrument sounds, from the distinctive trumpets in the William Tell Overture to the beautiful melodies in Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings. Britten’s Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra shines the spotlight on the instruments of the orchestra, enhanced by illustrations created on-the-spot during the performance.
