CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT: If you have never purchased tickets for a BSO event before, please create a new account by clicking "Register Now." If you have purchased tickets before and registered an email address in the past you will not be able to register the same email address again, please see below for further instructions. If you have purchased tickets with us in the past and you are sure you do not have a login, click on the "Only have patron ID?" link above and follow the instructions.
REGISTRATION AND LOGIN ERRORS: If you are attempting to register a new account and receive an error message, then you may have created an account with your email address in the past. Anyone who has previously purchased tickets through our website has a login on file. Please click on the “I forgot my Password” link above and enter your email address there. If you do not receive an email with your login information, please contact the Ticket Office for additional login instructions.
SUBSCRIBERS: To take advantage of your subscriber discount and benefits, please login to your account PRIOR to beginning your ticket purchase. If you do not have your login information do not create a new account, try one of the alternate options above or contact the Ticket Office to verify your information. To access ticket exchanges, login to your account go to the “My Concerts & Exchanges” tab to begin the exchange process. Be sure to begin the exchange process via My Account BEFORE you add your new date and seats to your cart.
