TICKET EXCHANGES: Log in to your account and go to the “My Concerts & Exchanges” tab to begin the exchange process. Please remember to return your parking pass with your tickets. Please note, online ticket exchanges are only available to subscribers. Baltimore Speakers Series, Rental Events and Premium concerts are not eligible for exchange.
REGISTRATION ISSUES: If you are attempting to register a new account and receive an error message, then you may have created an account with your email address in the past. Please click on the “I forgot my Password” link above and enter your email address there. If you do not receive an email with your login information, please contact the Ticket Office for additional login instructions.
BSO PATRONS: If you are a current BSO patron who has never used our website, do not register for a new account. Simply enter your patron number in the email field, your capitalized last name in the password field, click the “Login” button and follow the registration instructions that appear on the screen. Your patron number can be found on the lower left hand corner of your ticket or above your name on any piece of BSO mail.
