Tickets must be exchanged before 5 pm on concert nights or by 5 pm the evening prior to a matinee. Ticket exchanges are limited to the same concert season, which ends in June 2025. Exchanges into premium concerts cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Ticket exchanges are free of charge to subscribers. However, any difference in price between the original ticket and the exchanged ticket will be charged. All seats are subject to availability.

TICKET DONATIONS

Please consider donating your unusable tickets back to the BSO for resale. Ticket donations are tax deductible. We will send you a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution if tickets are received before 5 pm on the concert night or the evening prior to a matinee. Ticket donations can be made by calling 410.783.8000 or 877.276.1444, by mail, or in person. You can also donate your tickets online by logging into your BSO account at BSOmusic.org.

The Meyerhoff Ticket Office window is also open one hour before concerts and through intermission. Please note that the Ticket Office is closed on Mondays year-round and closed on Sundays without a performance in July and August.

We’re happy to consider all donation requests from certified 501(c)3 organizations and similar charitable groups. Please note that the BSO is able to consider donating tickets for your event or fundraiser, but is unable to make monetary donations.

All requests must be submitted on your organization’s letterhead, by mail: Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, ATTN: Donation Requests, 1212 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201; or by fax: 410.783.8131. Please be as specific as possible in your request, and allow at least two weeks for processing.

JOSEPH MEYERHOFF SYMPHONY HALL:

Open during all Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall events. Located adjacent to the Meyerhoff. From Preston Street, turn left into the driveway that runs in front of the Meyerhoff. At the end of the driveway, turn left onto Park Avenue. The garage entrance will be on the right. The garage opens two hours prior to all BSO performances. $15 per car. Pre-paid parking is available online at ticket purchase checkout. Subscribers receive a discounted rate of $12 with pre-paid voucher. Handicap accessible.

University of Baltimore Maryland Avenue Garage

$15 pre-paid parking is available for BSO patrons at the Maryland Avenue Garage which is located across the street from the Meyerhoff. If you’d like to purchase parking to guarantee your parking space visit BSOmusic.org.

THE MUSIC CENTER AT STRATHMORE:

For all BSO performances, enjoy complimentary parking in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage, located off of Tuckerman Lane, featuring a convenient skywalk to The Music Center. At the end of your concert, the gates to the garage will be open for 30 minutes to exit. If you leave before, or up to 90 minutes after this 30 minute period, you can show your ticket stub to the video camera-connected customer service stations at any exit lane of the garage.

If you arrive late, you may enjoy the concert over the video monitors located in the lobby until a late seating break is called by house management. Some concerts — but not all — may have designated pauses, in which late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of house staff. Out of respect for the performers, staff and your fellow audience members, please wait quietly until instructed to enter the Hall.
