The BSO offers a wide range of educational opportunities designed to inspire lifelong learning for people of all ages, from infants to seniors. Midweek Education Concerts

Bring your students to the Meyerhoff for interactive concerts that combine live orchestral music, storytelling, movement, singing, and audience participation. Designed for Pre-K through Grade 8, with many programs also suitable for high school students.

Music Box Series

For ages 6 months - 3 years

Perfect for babies and toddlers, Music Box concerts are 30-minute interactive performances featuring BSO musicians and hosts.

Family Concert Series

For ages 4 - 8 years

Designed to spark imagination, these 45–60 minute concerts bring symphonic storytelling to life with kid-friendly themes, hands-on lobby activities, and fun introductions to classical music’s characters and sounds.
