We believe the journey to a lifelong love of music begins early—and grows with your family. The Sherman Foundation BSO Family Collection includes Music Box Series and Family Concert Series, each designed for our youngest patrons. Most enjoyed by kids ages 8 and up, Symphony Explorers provide a backstage experience at select BSO concerts.
In addition to the Kids Listen Free program, the new Families Listen Together ticketing program provides two adults and up to four children tickets to all Family Concerts and Music Box along with discounts on all BSO Collections, and special access benefits.

- For select Classical Collection concerts, up to four children under 18 may attend free with the purchase of at least one full price adult ticket.
- Kids Listen Free participants also receive a 30% child discount on Popular and Celebrations Collections.
Some concert restrictions apply. Registration is free, but required in advance to reserve tickets. Ticket reservations are required for all concert attendees.

For families with children under 18 in their household, this card, renewed annually, provides perks and discounts on adult tickets that allow families to enjoy the full range of the Sherman Foundation BSO Family Collection, as well as the BSO's Classical, Popular, and Celebrations concerts:
- All Families Listen Together card holders receive Kids Listen Free registration benefits.
- Free tickets to Family Concerts and Music Box Series concerts (2 adults and up to 4 kids)
- A 15% discount on single adult tickets to BSO Classical, Popular, and Celebrations concerts
- Discounted Kids’ Concert Boxes filled with snacks, juice, and a special kid-friendly guide for young-concertgoers.
- Annual $60 registration fee for families to become cardholders

Spotlight: Family Friendly Popular and Celebrations COncerts
These full-length symphonic events bring your family’s favorite classical works, films, and soundtracks to the stage. Perfect for older children, ready to experience the full power of the BSO. All Kids Listen Free and Families Listen Together households receive a 30% discount on tickets for kids under 18. Families Listen Together households also receive a 15% discount on adult tickets. Registration is required for this benefit. Please note Live at the Meyerhoff Concerts are not included in 30% child discount.
