The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra is pleased to announce BSO Sessions, a new digital concert series that follows the BSO’s journey in bringing inspirational works of orchestral repertoire to life – masterpieces, hidden treasures and works by living composers and composers of color. In addition to featuring inspirational music, these artfully-packaged, documentary-style episodes showcase BSO musicians, conductors and composers at home, in rehearsal and in conversation.

 Premiering Wednesday, October 14, new episodes of BSO Sessions will be released weekly.

Pay-per-view tickets and monthly all-access plans go on sale October 7.

Individual digital concerts will be available to purchase for just $10 per episode (pay-per-view); or, choose a monthly, all-access plan for just $20 a month, providing immediate access to all new BSO Sessions episodes as they premiere, as well as archival content.

Featuring works by string orchestra led by Associate Conductor Nicholas Hersh and new Assistant Conductor Jonathan Rush, Episodes 1 – 3 includes

BSO Sessions will be exclusively available on a newly improved BSO OffStage, our virtual platform for sharing orchestral performances and content, now with enhanced streaming capabilities. In addition to pay-per-view or monthly plans, BSO OffStage will continue to feature free content – including series you have come to love as well as new educational concert programming complete with curriculum-connected resources for students, teachers and families navigating the challenges of virtual learning.

The best part? All BSO Offstage content, BSO Sessions included, will now be available to view online and on TV (Chromecast and Airplay), with native BSO OffStage apps across multiple streaming platforms (including Roku, Amazon Fire TV and Apple TV) coming soon.
