Subscriber Ticket Exchange

Subscribers may exchange tickets at no charge using any of the following methods:

Tickets must be exchanged before 5 pm on concert nights or by 5 pm the evening prior to a matinee. Ticket exchanges are limited to the same concert season, which ends in June 2027. Exchanges into premium concerts cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. Ticket exchanges are free of charge to subscribers. However, any difference in price between the original ticket and the exchanged ticket will be charged. All seats are subject to availability.

Ticket Donations

Please consider donating your unusable tickets back to the BSO for resale. Ticket donations are tax deductible. We will send you a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution if tickets are received before 5 pm on the concert night or the evening prior to a matinee. Ticket donations can be made by calling 410.783.8000 or 877.276.1444, by mail, or in person. You can also donate your tickets online by logging into your BSO account at BSOmusic.org.

Mobile Tickets

To add your tickets to a mobile wallet or retrieve lost tickets, please view Your Upcoming Concerts and Tickets in your BSO account and click on View Tickets.

In Person

The Meyerhoff Ticket Office window is also open one hour before concerts and through intermission. Please note that the Ticket Office is closed on Mondays year-round and closed on Sundays without a performance in July and August. Visit Strathmore.org for current Strathmore Box Office ticket hours. Hours vary seasonally.

Beginning September 1, subscribers may take advantage of free online access to more than one million recordings. Follow the instructions below to access your Naxos account:

  • Go to NaxosMusicLibrary.com.
  • Username: BSOsubscriber (case sensitive)
  • Password: 2627Season! (case sensitive)
  • Enter the piece, composer, musician, or other criteria into the "Keyword Search" box in the top right corner of the page and click the "Search" button.
  • Click on the link to the CD with the music you want to hear.
  • Select the pieces or movements you want specifically by clicking the check box to the left of the title.
  • Click the play button in the upper right corner.

The coffee Series

A daytime classical concert experience conveniently scheduled at 11 AM, offering a fresh and flexible way to enjoy live symphonic music. Come pour a coffee, settle in, and savor a performance that gives your day a beautiful start.

At a Coffee Series concert, enjoy daytime convenience, coffee and light refreshments for purchase, accessible seating options, and post-concert lunch-and-learn opportunities.

Symphony at Six Series

An elevated concert experience tailored to full calendars and fine tastes, beginning with a vibrant early evening gathering, followed by a full concert, and post-concert conversation — all wrapped up in time for dinner or wherever the night takes you.

At a Symphony at Six, your concert ticket includes a tapas tasting, one complimentary drink in a reusable BSO tumbler, and AfterWords with Heyward, featuring Music Director Jonathon Heyward.

Symphony Center Parking Garage

Open during all Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall events. Located adjacent to the Meyerhoff. From Preston Street, turn left into the driveway that runs in front of the Meyerhoff. At the end of the driveway, turn left onto Park Avenue. The garage entrance will be on the right. The garage opens two hours prior to all BSO performances. $15 per car. Pre-paid parking is available online at ticket purchase checkout. Subscribers receive a discounted rate of $12 with pre-paid voucher. Maryland Avenue Garage

$15 pre-paid parking is available for BSO patrons at the Maryland Avenue Garage which is located across the street from the Meyerhoff.

Accessibility

The Meyerhoff is an accessible facility with accessible parking and seating. We are pleased to offer a hearing loop system for patrons with hearing loss. To take advantage of the hearing loop system, patrons who have a telecoil in their hearing aid or cochlear implant may switch to the "T" setting.

Grosvenor Strathmore Metro Garage

For all BSO performances, enjoy complimentary parking in the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro garage, located off of Tuckerman Lane, featuring a convenient skywalk to The Music Center. At the end of your concert, the gates to the garage will be open for 30 minutes to exit. If you leave before, or up to 90 minutes after this 30 minute period, you can show your ticket stub to the video camera-connected customer service stations at any exit lane of the garage.

By Metro

Strathmore is located adjacent to the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station, on the Red Line. When exiting the station, turn left along the pedestrian walkway. Strathmore is located across Tuckerman Lane and through the trees. You will see the mansion atop the hill. Follow the walkway to Strathmore's East side entrance.

Accessibility

Elevators, ramps, specially-designed and designated seating, designated parking, and many other features make The Music Center at Strathmore accessible to patrons with disabilities. Assistive hearing systems are available at no charge at the coatroom in the lobby on a first-come, first-serve basis for hearing impaired patrons. Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall

Local Food Vendors

Each concert at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall will feature a local food truck or local food vendors outside the hall or in the lobby before the start of the concert. To see upcoming food vendors this season, please go to each concert's page In Your Upcoming Concerts and Tickets in your BSO account. There are also numerous restaurants around the Meyerhoff.

Light Fare and Bar Service

Snacks, desserts, coffee, soda, bottled water, and bar services are available in the lobby prior to concerts and during intermission.

Table Reservations

The BSO is pleased to offer reserved table and dining packages for the 2026–27 season! You can reserve a table for two or four guests that includes wine and charcuterie boxes, which you can enjoy in addition to the food vendors on site at each concert.

Table for two ($85) — Reserved two-seat table pre-concert, one bottle of wine, and two gourmet snack boxes.
Table for four ($150) — Reserved four-seat table for use pre-concert, two bottles of wine, and four gourmet snack boxes.

The Music Center at Strathmore

Pre-Order the Prelude Buffet

Prelude Buffet at Strathmore offers a more relaxed dining experience with reserved seating, where you can enjoy a chef-driven, multi-course dining experience featuring seasonal entrées, composed salads, a signature carving station, artisanal sides, and desserts. Allegro Kitchen

Located on the Promenade Level in the Music Center, the Allegro Kitchen dining experience begins 90 minutes before the concerts. Bars are open prior to the performances and at intermission, with sweet and savory bites, beer, wine, and signature cocktails.
